Being a small independent blockchain security consultancy team we started our journey into the regulations and compliance in Q4 2019. What we found with interacting with the blockchain and decentralized finance in particular was how easy it was for malicious actors to steal digital assets and with no fear of repercussions, and it was often the same illicit actors scamming the same victims repeatedly. This didn't sit well with us and started our journey to eliminate this type of crime and help create a safer, more accessible decentralized space for everyone.
